TD Cross-Border Banking Game

TD Bank was rolling out a new cross-border banking (CBB) program and needed its staff to start thinking about how the CBB needs could be identified in their customers. Often, when knew programs roll out, TD found it difficult to engage their staff to even know the program existed! So so designed and built a game that would engage TD staff and make theme learn about the program in a fun way.

Results: 95% of surveyed participants felt they were better equipped to provide cross-border banking services after playing the game.
